Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.


Software Test Lead (TCoE)


The Role  

  • Setting quality standards during implementations of the world’s most popular technology software platforms (i.e. / WorkDay / SNow / Oracle FI /SAP S/4 HANA) inside the Global PwC Network,

  • Defining test strategies &  processes for test plan and several phases of a testing cycle,

  • Defining quality standards and metrics for the current projects,

  • Planning and scheduling QA milestones,

  • Taking care about communication &  stakeholders’ awareness of quality metrics, 

  • Managing & leading QA Team/s dedicated to the respective software,

  • Encouraging the team for  continuous improvement.


The Profile

  • Several years of experience in Software QA domain (including Test Management),

  • Expertise in designing, conducting and documenting tests,

  • Experience with test case management systems, source control tools and defect management systems,

  • Very good understanding of the Waterfall or/and Agile Project Management methodologies,

  • Related education or equivalent relevant work experience,

  • Fluent English (both in spoken and written form),

  • Open mindedness with proactive attitude, 

  • High interpersonal and teamwork skills,

  • Flexibility and motivation for self-development

  • Experience in deployment of tailored Test Automation solutions

  • Knowledge of the most common test automation challenges, 

  • ISTQB certification,

  • Knowledge and experience in working with business applications (e.g. CRM / ERP solutions)
