Scope of duties:

• regular contact with customers both via phone and email; sending invoices/CRN copies; replying queries
• customer account analysis, reviewing unpaid items, deductions, overpayments on regular basis
• classification of items in AR Collect tool, based on information received from customers
• requesting missing documents copies, missing residuals details, ad hoc queries raised to customer

We are looking for candidates with:

• Dutch language ( communicative level as minimum)
• good knowledge of English
• ability to work from Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm to provide service for Benelux
• good organizational and communication skills
• accuracy, diligence and commitment
• experience in working with MS Office: Word, Excel
• experience in finance (especially accounts receivable) as an asset
