For our Client, one of the biggest leading manufacturing companies in the world, we are looking for IT passionate with fluent English and first experiences in IT Service Desk environment. This person will join our client’s support team as a 1st Line IT Service Desk Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- remote technical support of internal end-users (according to internal procedures),
- contact by phone, chat, and mail-in in English – supporting users in the whole world (mostly from the USA),
- work in a multilingual IT Service Desk environment in a shift-system.
Requirements:
- previous experience in an IT Service Desk/Call Center environment,
- fluent English at minimum C1 level – mandatory requirement,
- practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange (knowledge of SCCM is a plus),
- willingness to learn new technologies and working in shifts.
