Your responsibilities would include:

As a SHARP-X Data Cleansing Administrator, you will be responsible for the quality of the deliverables according to the project planning. You will be a part of SHARP-X Data Cleansing Team.

Operational responsibilities:

• Updates and defining data quality rules in line with Heineken data standards
• Updates, refresh and maintain Data Quality Dashboards
• Run and share the Data Quality Dashboards
• Interpret data and provide line items analyses 
• Analyze data and improving data quality results 
• Follows up on errors and secures timely turn around with corrective action
• Supports the set-up and improvements of the analytic tool
• Fills up progress reports, keeps relevant stakeholders up to the date, participates in progress updates meetings and calls
• Plans own work independently
• Coordinates work with colleagues to ensure quality improvements
• Addresses relevant ad-hoc queries

You are The Candidate if:

You have:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Management
• Able to understand the E2E process strategy and the application to the task and responsibilities in this position
• Analyses processes, detects inconsistencies, and analyses possible causes and solutions
• Fluency in English, additional  European language is a plus
• Strong and effective communication, facilitation and presentation, strategic thinking, effective time management
• Strong analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset
• Work experience in an international company preferably in master data area 
• Good knowledge of business processes (Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Dynamic and eager to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team
• Analytical capabilities, good at MS Excel 
• High concern for quality, accuracy and data
• Continuous process improvement attitude
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative, open-minded & well-organized

Nice to have:

• Experience of working in a large multi-national company
• Relevant certification on the assigned expertise area (e.g. implementation of master data tool)
