For our Business Intelligence team based in the Deloitte’s IT Center of Excellence, we are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist/Team Leader to take a leading role within the reporting team, focusing mainly on business reporting services to our internal clients. Business Intelligence team provides daily support to Deloitte’s professionals from 18 countries located in Central Europe. This role offers also, significant opportunities to work on various BI tools and projects, using cutting edge technologies.

• Efficient and passionate about people management and business reporting,
• Practical knowledge about IBM Cognos and/or Microsoft Power BI (minimum 3 years’ experience),
• Understanding of corporate finances analysis and reporting,
• Knowledge of data base architecture and understanding of mySQL would be an added value,
• Advanced skills in Excel,
• English – advanced level, both written and spoken,
• Knowledge of German - would be an advantage,
• Professional customer service skills;
• Focused on excellent customer service and passionate about technology;
• Systematic and structured approach to problem-solving,
• Knowledge and certification in the area of ITIL® will be an additional asset.

• Setting the reporting strategic direction within the Business Intelligence team,
• Working with reporting solutions such us IBM Cognos and Power BI,
• Transitioning and driving the reporting activities to Power BI (in parallel with IBM Cognos),
• Develop and maintain reporting models and supervise its optimizations,
• Enhancing automations and processes to ensure reporting reliability,
• Interpreting business requirements and supporting development of new reports,
• Ensuring security rules and processes are followed,
• Working closely with the data warehouse team on quality and reliability of data/procedures,
• Supervising weekly and monthly reporting processes, procedures and reports,
• Maintaining, documenting and implementing changes to business planning and forecasting systems.
