Job Description
*Development, standardisation, harmonisation and optimisation of the tax processes (VAT)
*Development of common VAT process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements
*Design, implementation and updating of the VAT processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity
*Continuous working on process documentation and KPIs of responsible processes
*Responsibility for the Internal Control System; it's design and implementation for local filing and declaration processes
*Participation in the internal projects on end-to-end process revisions
*Further develop of the tax training modular program for the global service delivery teams
*Daily cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
*University degree in (Business / Finance / Law)
*Very good knowledge of tax aspects; the significant tax mechanism (mainly indirect taxes - VAT)
*Professional experience gained in tax accounting/tax acts area in an international SSC or a consultancy
*Understanding of general accounting rules
*Very good command of English language
*Knowledge of SAP FI (or other ERP FI system)
*Working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint)
*Ability to deliver project deadlines, project management experience
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
