- Supporting Talent Acquisition team in their daily tasks
- Managing the logistics and administrative arrangements for short-listed candidates
- Handling candidate inquiries
- Supporting hiring managers and ensuring all roles are advertised correctly
- Preparing and publishing vacancy advertisements
- Partnering in sourcing candidates
- Performing other duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent German and English
- Very good communication skills, easy in formulating conclusions, feedbacks and requests
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
