Financial Analyst in CEE Regional Finance team

Role:

• work in a regional team which coordinates finance function in almost 30 countries in Central & Eastern Europe,

• function in a multinational environment requiring strong cooperation within the team as well as with internal clients across organization,

• support management with statutory and management reporting, providing accurate and timely information for the regional leadership,

• support budgeting, forecasting and controlling activities,

• support in development of business intelligence based solutions in controlling function,

• participate in various finance related projects for local and regional purposes,

• prepare information related to business processes, accounting and reporting,

• full-time availability required.

Candidate profile:

• university degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Econometrics,

• at least 2 years experience in the finance and controlling functions,

• strong skills in finance, management accounting and reporting areas,

• analytical thinking and ability to successfully resolve complex problems and issues,

• ability to multitask and complete assignments in a timely manner with highest quality standards,

• excellent communication and presenting skills,

• MS Office skills, especially Excel required; VBA skills will be an advantage,

• experience in using Business Intelligence software will be an advantage,

• strong time management skills combined with ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines,

• ability to work in a multinational team in a fast-moving environment,

• Fluency in English and Polish languages in every day work (written and spoken).
