Job Description
- Supporting AR process for entities from Germany
- Participating in knowledge transfer from Germany
- Processing manual invoices to customers and intercompany
- Performing dunning activities
- Assigning and posting incoming payments
- Performing month end closing activities including AR accounts reconciliation
- Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction
- Supporting development and implementation of improvement projects
- Close cooperation with the internal interfaces Accounting Germany, Sales and Controlling
- Preparating documentation for auditors
- Collaborating on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with other teams
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education, preferably in accounting or other business discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AR
- Fluent German (B2/C1) and very good English (B2)
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Customer service orientation and attention to details
- Precise, careful and well-structured way of working
- Proactive with the ability to manage time-dependent critical
- Flexible for monthly or quarterly travels to Berlin
