To support further development on new markets we are currently looking for Business Development Specialist for Poland.

- Main task will concentrate on developing sales to new clients (mainly garment and workwear producers) by understanding their customers' needs and providing tailor made solutions.
- Self-generate leads and sales appointments through existing client databases and proactively research the market.
- Develop strategies to reach different customer groups, in accordance with the global strategy of action.
- Cooperation with clients at various levels of the organization.
- Active support for the promotion of new products / solutions offered by the company.
- Ongoing reporting of results to the Headquarter.
The Successful Applicant
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
- College degree or equivalent.
- 5 -8 years of successful professional background preferably in a company cooperating with garment producers or providing safety solutions.
- Extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of sales processes to end-users, without usage of local distribution network.
- Fluency in English and Polish would be essential
- Very good organisation skills, as the position is independent (home office).
- Readiness for travelling across dedicated region - Poland.
