What we're looking for candidates:

• who are familiar with the rules of Agile and knowledgeable about the Scrum framework
• flexible individuals with a servant leadership mindset
• with good understanding of Scrum Master’s role in an organization which is in the process of introducing Scrum
• team players with excellent communication and conflict management skills
• having creative approach to problem solving
• with can-do attitude and ability to inspire and maintain the team spirit.

Nice to have:

• experience in facilitating Scrum events
• experience in working with a wide range of IT specialists and teams
• additional languages (other than Polish and English)
• We welcome applicants with a solid theoretical base but little to no experience in Scrum.

Your future role includes:

• co-creation and implementation of a plan introducing Scrum to our organization, you will receive our Director’s full support in this
• cooperation with higher management on the identification of areas in need of Agile transformation
• coordinating the processes of various teams in order to successfully deliver high quality product
• facilitating team meetings and communication
• educating the teams and clients in the digital mindset
• supporting the Product Owners in their Scrum journey
• removing impediments and blockers the teams come across
• improving quality standards and procedures, looking for a new ways/approaches of projects delivery
• work in an international environment and remote Agile teams.
