Job Description
- Ensures optimization within Group on the field of taxes and amortization;
- Participates as a member of the management team of the Polish branch;
- Act as finance business partner to stakeholders in the region;
- Review business plans in Poland and manage due diligence in order to analyze possible acquisition targets;
- Management of commercial agreements;
- Review financial models and develop analyses to support strategic initiatives;
- Supports controlling functions and Group reporting activities;
- Management of the company's relationship with banks and other financial institutions;
- Ensures timely preparation of all required financial reports in order to meet all legal, local and parent company reporting requirements;
- Ensures the timely preparation of the annual budget in cooperation with the Managing Director and other key functional managers;
- Monitor, analyze and develop the KPIs of all disciplines from a financial point of view in order to optimize performance.
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Business Economics/Administration; Professional qualification - CIMA, ACCA - is a plus;
- 7-10 years of experience in progressive roles in finance, including at least 3 years on a similar position;
- Experience as Finance Director in a company with a high-growth track-record (from start-up / small business / medium-sized business to large market-leading player);
- Experience in financial controlling and Group reporting;
- Experience in a multinational environment, with matrix structure and cooperation with stakeholders abroad;
- Experience in project management and projects financing;
- Ambitious, keen to take on additional responsibility;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English;
- Experience in acquiring new business is a plus;
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills including ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial people.
