Job Description
- Deploy and embed the global P&O standard process and service delivery operations template to its full extent within the company
- Provide leadership in in driving change management initiatives, reporting, information flows, business processes, and organizational planning
- Drive vendor sourcing and manage collaborative vendor relationships for any local vendor and manage performance of global vendors supporting hub
- Provide subject matter expertise around global standard processes and tools to enhance service levels
- Lead the deployment and adoption of changes to global template; responsible for documentation of local specific processes
- Ensure process & operations documentation and training is nurtured, sustained and renewed within SSC organization; responsible for delivering process and systems (case management, etc.) training to teams
- Identify opportunities to drive new value, share the emerging needs of the Service & Operations team with the global process team and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Manage the implementation of continuous improvement projects partnering with stakeholders across the organization within and outside
- Ensure that the overall organization is customer centric by implementing global process standards and enhancements to facilitate effective and efficient operations
- Support continuous improvement efforts and evolve service quality, efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the Service and Operations Management Lead in the development and implementation of P&O vendor strategies including vendor sourcing, selection and building collaborative vendor relationships
- Advocate for and participate in continuous improvement efforts to assist in defining additional process enhancement requirements
The Successful Applicant
* 5-8 years of work experience, preferably in HR, shared services/process improvement * Familiarity with P&O processes and practices * Strong process documentation and mapping skills * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and project management * Ability to establish relationships in global matrixed environment * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to identify, design and implement business process improvements * Flexibility to deal with changing business requirements
