Job Description
- Define the Country/Regional Compliance & Business Development Strategy
- Build an action plan to raise Compliance (target prospects, actions, timing, frequency of visits, etc.)
- Develop existing accounts and deploy proactive selling strategies to sign up new accounts including leads to approach
- Prepare commercial materials and case studies to showcase proposal's strengths (online & offline)
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers & convert new customers to company services
- Lead the business relationship with a complete understanding of the business points including contract terms, financial/legal obligations, profitability and highest standard of business ethics
- Create & implement successful CRM, retain clients in long term agreements, renew and renegotiate agreements as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education is strongly preferred
- Min. 3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably within business services sector
- Functional Skills: negotiations, contract negotiations & management including commercial, financial and legal aspects, account management
- Excellent analytic & organizational skills, effective management of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Results orientated, self-starter managing activities and projects for desired results for clients
- Effective written and verbal communications, ability to communication with impact supported by strong presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build relationship and to build long term commercial relationship with strong focus on professional company representation
- Knowledge of CRM systems & proficient Excel user
- Fluency in English, another European language would be an asset
