Job Description
- Leading the Service and Delivery team for Europe
- Day-to-day running and monitoring of existing live services
- Maintain roadmap of contracted services
- Management of internal and external service providers, Vendor and Contractor Management
- Building effective cross-team relationships to ensure proper service delivery to the end user
- Fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs)
- Metrics and KPI's analysis to identify areas where action is needed
- Coordination of Service Transitions to ensure transitions without gaps and excellent quality
- Adequate planning and quality of training and documentation for Service Transitions
- Close cooperation with all involved and affected areas like Regional IT Managers, Hosting team, Project Management team etc.
- Provide accurate regular and on-demand reporting
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management in a complex multi-country organization
- End-to-end understanding of IT services as well as user management and IT users' needs
- Proven hands-on experience with ITIL methodology (ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation Level), processes and Service Delivery
- Understanding of Service Desk (or equivalent), desktops, laptops, servers, office software, applications ideal SAP, telephony, telecommunications technologies and backup procedures
- Experience in Vendor and Contractor Management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or similar
- Analytical approach to all aspects of IT Service Delivery within ITIL context
- Business and customer focused while striving for excellent service quality
- Understanding of organizational culture and its impact on the employee engagement
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Readiness to business travel (approx 15%)
