SAP S/4HANA Integration Support Analyst

Location: Warszawa / Kraków / (remote)


 

The position is part of the SAP S/4HANA internal project team responsible for the process of implementation of the financial module of the system into the PwC territories in Europe. The project is aiming for a go-live in July 2020, requiring multiple integrations scenarios along the Contact to Cash process chains (standard and non-standard) as well as integration end-points for territory adoption. 

After the project go-live, there will be a possibility for Integration Support Analyst to continue to work for PwC by joining the Global SAP S/4 HANA Level 2 Support team located in Poland. As part of this team, the Integration Support Analyst would be responsible for the integration support and onboarding new territories during SAP S/4 HANA rollout in PwC. 


Area of responsibility

  • Create interface agreements for the integration developers. This can be for global, or territory applications

  • Support the integration developers and application owners in test preparation

  • Support the testing of interfaces and documentation of the results

  • Support of the infrastructure team regarding necessary environments for unit and regression testing

  • Update of the Scrum board tasks and tracking of dependencies between tasks for the different components involved in integration development

  • Support and troubleshooting of the technical integration during the cut-over phase and to be defined post go live support

  • Support of the territory adoption teams regarding their local interfacing needs

  • Support of the End-2-End testing and preparation for go live deployment

  • Support transition of integration support from project team to BAU.

 

Candidate profile

  • Understanding of the system integration in a SAP landscape (both on-premises and cloud)

  • Experience with SAP PI/PO or other non-SAP integration platforms; knowledge of SAP CPI will be considered as an asset

  • Previous involvement in 3 integration projects and hands-on experience with SOAPUI and POSTMAN

  • Understanding of Integration architectures like SOA, microservices and event based scenarios

  • Understanding of the common SAP ERP and / or S/4 Hana modules and apps

  • Expertise in many key technical aspects of integration 

  • Experience with integration in many technologies and languages, including some of Microsoft .NET, Java, as well as scripting using FTP/SFTP/etc. 

  • Working experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and XP, but also with more traditional structured approaches 

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; ability to provide input into a multifunctional team 

  • Self-motivated, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks 

  • Open and adaptable. The role requires a willingness to take on tasks outside of a narrowly defined role, and ideally a desire to be multi-skilled 

  • Open to regular travels in the 9-12 month period to the main project location in the PwC Office in Düsseldorf, Germany

  • At least a Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology, or a related field

  • Fluent English.
