Job Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation
- Full legislation support for managing board
- Create and monitor a human resources system that complies with top organizational objectives
- Design, implement, and manage processes tied to talent management, training and development, succession planning
- Developing clear policies
- Be a key support for the management functions
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree
- At least 5 years relevant HR experience at international companies, preferably in SSC / Consulting sector
- Experience of working in a generalist HR role across various HR functions with a focus on recruitment
- Knowledge of labor law issues
- Influencing skills at all levels across the business
- Self-motivated and able to work
- Good knowledge of English (written and oral)
