Job Description
- Understand the business environment, strategy and people implications,
- Work collaboratively with others to understand their requirements and how you can offer support, highlighting any areas, of improvement for the business and making suggestions in line with best practice,
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
- Complete, monitor and track progress against the annual Learning matrix, providing remedial action where necessary,
- Create and execute learning and development strategies and programs,
- Set and monitor standards for Learning and Development in alignment with legislative and company requirements,
- Run end-to-end career management for dedicated business unit employees,
- Support organizational changes within business unit by providing HR expertise on promotions/lateral moves, creating new positions (job descriptions, job evaluations, structure placement),
- Coordinate recruitment activities and selection process,
- Conduct, analyze and propose actions based on exit interviews in respective business unit,
- Manage HR related questions from employee,
- Deployment of different HR processes and projects for dedicated business unit's employees, covering Employer Branding, C&B, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition,
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of professional experience in similar position or HR Manager position,
- 2 year's experience of in complex and demanding environment, and preferably in manufacturing area,
- University degree in corresponding field,
- English language knowledge for professional verbal and written communication,
