Job purpose:

The department of Business Performance Management (BPM) is responsible for timely and correct delivery of various reports for controllers located in HEINEKEN entities (the so called OpCos) in Europe. We are an innovative organization focusing on process improvements and operational excellence. In this role you will act both as a people and business leader. As the business leader you will ensure operational delivery according to the company’s standards as well as effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. As the people leader you will supervise a team and its operational deliverables, develop talents, build engagement and foster collaboration across teams.

Your responsibilities would include:

 As the Business Leader you:

• understand and are able to communicate the company’s strategy to your team members

• monitor and maintain a high level of KPI’s and take corrective actions if needed

• take ownership for end-to-end controlling processes and effectively collaborate with the GBO center in India

• solve and possibly prevent ad-hoc operational issues

• ensure complete and up-to-date process documentation

• actively participate in operational meetings to discuss performance, issues & collaboration

• prepare and participate in business visits

• foster business partnership with OpCos and GBO

• work closely with internal and external auditors and ensure that controls are executed and effective

• own and effectively manage your team’s budget (over-time, travels, rewards & recognition, unused holidays, band mix)

• bring constructive, challenging ideas to drive process standardization and take ownership of the agreed actions

• actively participate in different projects and initiatives

As the People Leader you:

• plan resources for the team and recruit right people

• maintain both the team climate and motivation of your team members at a high level

• set SMART individual objectives linked to the HEINEKEN Global and HEINEKEN Kraków strategy

• provide regular 1:1 feedback to your team members about their performance and development

• fix underperformance issues in a timely and effective manner

• recognize and reward good performance

• plan succession, develop the top performers to create the pipeline for leaders or experts

• break communication silos and foster team collaboration

• effectively manage changes in the team

You are The Candidate if:

• You have minimum 3 years of of relevant professional experience as leader and 4 years of operational experience in the process
• Your have Master level in Finance or Accounting
• CIMA, ACCA or equivalent certification as an asset
• You are able to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• You have passion to motivate, inspire and drive team’s performance
• You have change management skills
• Your English is on fluent level
