Accounting Specialist

Opis stanowiska:
  • accounting and reporting responsibilities in the area of GL, AP, and AR,
  • creating operating instructions for accounting processes,
  • posting to the general ledger on behalf of local units (reserves, commissions, cost allocation),
  • reconciliation of general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers,
  • preparing and making payments (factoring),
  • posting bank statements, reconciliation of the bank accounts,
  • balance reconciliation,
  • month-end-closing activities,
  • relationship management with internal and external stakeholders,
  • compliance with accounting and financial procedures,
  • posting cost invoices,
  • preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports,
  • coordinating and supporting reporting processes (HFM reporting),
  • focus on quality and process improvement.
Wymagania:
  • min. 2 years of experience in a payable accounting role,
  • very good understanding of SSC processes,
  • educational background in the accounting area,
  • fluency in English (min. B2 level), 
  • fluency in Danish or German would be an asset,
  • very good SAP user skills and Microsoft Office,
  • high interpersonal and communication skills,
  • process orientation and attention to details,
  • opennes to learn,
  • good time organization skills.
