• Providing support for foreign client in accordance with the standards adopted in the company (via telephone and email)
• Diagnosing and resolving client's issues related to Software and hardware
• Supporting team in daily activities

• Very good written and spoken one of the language German/French
• Good knowledge of English is a must
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems
• Ability to work well with clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
