This is an opportunity to work for one of the largest companies in Financial area which have built own center of excellence and provides services for global clients. 

• Contact with French/German/Dutch Clients via mail and phone
• Analysing data in the system
• Identification of any improper data
• Performing internal reports
• Preparing documentation
• Cooperation with other team members

• Very good knowledge of French/ German/ Dutch (B2/C1)
• Good knowledge of English (B1/B2)
• Experience in customer service will be an asset
• High interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and ability to work in team
• Good knowledge of MS Office Package
