Who are we looking for?
•Very good knowledge of accountancy, experience in GL closing and reporting will be an asset
•Good English skills (B1-B2)
• Strong Analytical skills including identifying, forecasting and resolving problems
•Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude

• Ability to work under time pressure and following the deadlines
What will you do?
• Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA's and ensures these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader (GL closing and reporting related activities)
• Makes decisions within broadly defined parameters
• Oversees Operational Processes and customer service decisions
• Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the clients.
• Take leadership in absence of Seniors/team leader
• Buddy to junior Team members,
Continuous Improvements:
• Continuously considers improvement opportunities, strives to Simplify and Standardize processes (subject to approval of the Team Leader),
• Focuses on continuously developing business relationships.
