•Very good knowledge of polish accountancy
•Good English skills (B1-B2)
• Strong Analytical skills including identifying, forecasting and resolving problems

• Ability to work under time pressure and following the deadlines
What will you do?
• Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA's and ensures these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader ( AP invoice processing, payments, query resolution)
• Makes decisions within broadly defined parameters
• Oversees Operational Processes and customer service decisions
• Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the clients.
• Take leadership in absence of Seniors/team leader
• Buddy to junior Team members,
Continuous Improvements:
• Continuously considers improvement opportunities, strives to Simplify and Standardize processes (subject to approval of the Team Leader),
• Focuses on continuously developing business relationships.
