Cash Application Lead
Who are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in team management
- Experience in O2C processes, especially cash application process, billing and claim management
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build good relations with counterparties
- Well organized, good task management
- Able to work under time pressure
- Decision making power
What will you do?
- Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s
- Managing team performance and assuring achieving team targets
- Actively work on solving issues in day-to-day work
- Makes decisions within broadly defined parameters.
- Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the clients.
- Control team performance according to client expectations and company policies.
- Develop team members potential
- Continually considers improvement opportunities, strives to simplify and standardize processes
