Your future role
Working for Deloitte Digital as a Senior Staffing Coordinator you will experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation. You will closely cooperate with Deloitte Digital consultants, managers and the leadership as well as other Resource Management team members. Within this position, you will need to ensure effective operation of processes and mechanisms to deliver best-fit consultants to projects conducted locally and abroad. This is main area of operations with a significant impact on the practice performance and providing support for the growth. Your day-to-day duties will be:
- Resources planning: conducting regular reviews with Project Managers, Team Leaders and regional Staffing Coordinators to ensure that open resource requirements are filled with the most suitable candidates & identifiying opportunities for resources;
- Optimization of billable utilization of staff: minimizing ‘gaps’ in billable workload through regular analysis of availability and assignments on non-billable activities;
- Schedules controlling: review bookings, available resources, resolve conflicts; the role will ensure that all bookings for resources are correctly reflected in the system to provide accurate forecasting;
- Developing and managing strategic resource plan for Deloitte Digital by supporting DD Leaders in resource recruitment planning;
- Reporting: generating and controlling of weekly reports, development of dashboard and reports to gather and share performance information and providing feedback to management team;
- Understanding each employee's skills and proficiencies: regular meetings with practitioners;
- Advertising and promoting the available practitioners across regions and services lines, taking part in international communities and cross-border calls to encourage sharing of resources and increase utilization;
- Managing the process of profiles update: CVs, skills and competencies of employees. The role will ensure that all consultants’ skills and their CVs are up to date.
