Job Description
- Conduct extensive searches to generate candidates for open vacancies and other projects for whole EMEA region - Coordinate any pre-employment screenings and background checks as required - Manage of on-boarding process for newly employees - preparing documents, scheduling first days - Address new hires' queries regarding their contracts, payroll and any other relevant question - Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations - Full life cycle recruitment across the region
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree - Fluency in English is must have - Good knowledge of any other foreign language - nice to have - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and external contacts - Customer service skills are required - Ability to work as a team player in the multinational environment
