Job Description
- taking full responsibility for the financial book-keeping department
- supervision over keeping the company's accounting and tax books in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws,
- formal, substantive and accounting control of all accounting evidence
- preparation of financial statements and internal reports
- accounting of invoices and fixed assets,
- preparation of reports to the Central Statistical Office, NBP, tax declarations and information and other reports to external institutions,
- calculation of CIT, preparation of tax return,
- supervision over the preparation of VAT settlements declarations,
- cooperation with external institutions, including auditors, tax authorities and participation in internal audits,
- responsibility for accounting policy, chart of accounts and accounting and tax procedures
- cooperation with external advisors in preparing the transfer pricing documentation
The Successful Applicant
- experience as a chief accountant in a manufacturing company in an international environment,
- higher education - economics, finance,
- very good knowledge of the IAS, IFRS, UoR and the ability to apply them in practice,
- very good knowledge of tax law regulations and the ability to prepare tax returns on these titles,
- communicative knowledge of English or German (B2)
- very good knowledge of the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code,
- knowledge of accounting and financial systems of ERP class
- communicating, independent, reliable,
- highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills,
- decision-making and problem-solving skills,
- systematicity and timeliness.
