Role

• Apply analytical skills working with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from product roadmaps. 

• Add value to the delivery team by working with the business and product owner to create clarity around business objectives through the development of and refinement of user stories. 

• Solve business problems working with delivery teams using Agile and scrum methodologies.

Candidate profile

• Exhibiting Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge from both a functional and configuration/reporting perspective;

• Showcasing implementation experience;

• Highlighting awareness of project management methodologies, tools and techniques;

• Exhibiting HR/Learning & Development related experience

• Managing a team on small or large projects, often concurrently 

• Ability to encourage creativity and forward-thinking suggestions

• Enabling open, transparent and clear communications 

• Providing relevant, accurate and up to date information

• Promoting the use of collaboration tools like Google Hangouts, Net Meeting, and team databases;

• Enhancing communications between teams using personal exchanges, teleconferences, and video conference; and, 

• Working in a collaborative manner with all team and vendor resources of a project throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
