We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our T24 core banking implementation team for the position of a Data Migration Analyst.

A successful candidate will engage in a full lifecycle of complex, international T24 implementation projects, being personally accountable for end-to-end delivery, keeping the workload on track, practising effective communication with all project stakeholders and building long lasting relationships with our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participating in all stages of migration projects delivery lifecycle;
• Leading analytical workshops, meetings and calls with a client to understand their processes, challenges and needs;
• Translating business requirements into migration functional technical specification (data migration mappings, designs, reconciliation reports);
• Being continuously attentive to details and maintaining highest quality of project deliverables;
• Liaising with clients and customers throughout the solution development and delivery cycle, acting as trusted advisor;
• Staying up to date and specializing in the product we deliver by obtaining vendor certifications;
• Supporting project managers in the areas of project planning, risk & issue reporting and managing the data migration process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in large, preferably international Delivery Projects in business and/or IT roles;
• Well developed analytical, and organizational skills;
• Excellent English communication skills - both written & spoken;
• Comfortable with information technology, systems and data;
• Understanding of key technical aspects of system implementations;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes;
• Ability to travel internationally at least 50% of the time;
• Preferably: knowledge of and experience in a banking sector (not a must).
