Scope of duties:
- Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order conversion
- Purchase Order closure
- Change of Purchase Order
- Purchase Order reporting
- Month End Closure activities,
- Help Desk
We are looking for candidates with:
- fluent Spanish
- good knowledge of English
- ability to work from Monday to Friday 2 pm– 11 pm to provide service for Costa Rica
- good organizational and communication skills
- accuracy, diligence and commitment
- experience in working with MS Office: Word, Excel
- experience in office-type position or Customer Service as an asset
- students are welcome
