Job Description
- Managing HR operations and administrative processes for the EMEA region;
- Managing and leading a HR Operations teams - full responsibility of team management - performance monitoring, budgeting, mentoring, talent development;
- Ensuring policies, guidelines;
- Taking leadership role in improvements and process optimisation;
- Ensuring appropriate documentation (process maps, SLA, users' guides, etc.);
- Working closely with internal stakeholders;
- Ensuring adequate resource planning and work prioritisation through close monitoring of service delivery results, case management results and assured resolutions of all escalated issues;
- Reviewing performance metrics;
- Supporting continuous improvement of the HR processes;
- Managing HR requirements to meet the IT needs of teams and customer.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in HR Services in SSC/BPO environment;
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team - people-oriented attitude;
- Connection with transition or transformations processes;
- Fluent command of English is a must;
- Knowledge of any other European language will be a strong asset (German preferable),
- Knowledge of ERP/HR systems and MS Office
