HR Operations Supervisor - SSC (m/f)


Our Client is an international well-recognized company, the leader of their market. For their growing Shared Service Center located in Wroclaw we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of HR Operations Supervisor - SSC.

Job Description
  • Managing HR operations and administrative processes for the EMEA region;
  • Managing and leading a HR Operations teams - full responsibility of team management - performance monitoring, budgeting, mentoring, talent development;
  • Ensuring policies, guidelines;
  • Taking leadership role in improvements and process optimisation;
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation (process maps, SLA, users' guides, etc.);
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders;
  • Ensuring adequate resource planning and work prioritisation through close monitoring of service delivery results, case management results and assured resolutions of all escalated issues;
  • Reviewing performance metrics;
  • Supporting continuous improvement of the HR processes;
  • Managing HR requirements to meet the IT needs of teams and customer.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in HR Services in SSC/BPO environment;
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading a team - people-oriented attitude;
  • Connection with transition or transformations processes;
  • Fluent command of English is a must;
  • Knowledge of any other European language will be a strong asset (German preferable),
  • Knowledge of ERP/HR systems and MS Office
