Who we're looking for

To join our Forensic Team, we would like to invite a person who foremost has: 

  • 1-2 years data analytics working experience (as a data analyst or business data analyst),
  • Master’s degree in disciplines such as mathematics, physics, computer science or related,
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively,
  • Quick and accurate manipulation of data, including the mastery of MS Excel (including VBA),
  • Fluent command of spoken and written Polish and English.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques,
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL Server or Oracle), ETL tools/ frameworks and Scripting languages,
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings,
  • Willingness to travel.

It would be advantageous for you to have:

  • Experience in a banking environment,
  • Data visualization experience (Tableau, QlikView)
  • Transaction monitoring system experience (such as Oracle Mantas, Actimize, SAS and Detica NetReveal),
  • Programming language experience (XML, Javascript).

Your future role

As part of the multidisciplinary Forensic Team, you will be supporting variety of domestic and international forensic projects (such as but not limited to: investigations and financial crime reviews) with structured data analytics, you will have an opportunity to deal with large and complex data sets.

 You will be involved in:

  • Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data,
  • Provide ongoing reporting of the results to the relevant project members,
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and data analytics,
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets,
  • Creating data graphs, dashboards, and visualizations,
  • Working with management to prioritize business and information needs,
  • Locate and define new process improvement and automation opportunities,
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems,

The Forensic team services relate to financial crime, investigations and business disputes. We act both: retroactively - detecting and determining the actual course of events using analytical methods and computer forensics; and proactively – providing advisory services aimed at delivering solutions to prevent financial crime in the future.  In a business dispute area we work with organizations and their lawyers across a range of jurisdictions, offering them the insight and understanding of how they need to strengthen their case, at all stages of disputes.

We support our clients in situations when they need:

  • fast and / or discreet security of evidence (including digital);
  • determination of perpetrators;
  • estimation of damages and other dispute-related analyses;
  • customer support in counteracting fraud.
