Job Description
- Lead independently a team of Closing Process Specialists based on your knowledge, foster their professional development
- Steer pre-closing process optimizations with PtP and OtC Process Management and Global Service Delivery
- Drive monthly and yearly closing coordination activities/ feedback reviews with Global Closing Coordinators
- Define process measures, process goals and performance KPIs, manage process risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Companies' Group on operational process compliance and pre-closing quality improvement action
- Being responsible for coninious improvement strategies for RTR pre-closing area
- Drive forward assigned projects and initiatives, support area specific objectives
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in finance/accounting,
- Stron Experience in RTR closings
- At least one year of experience of leading a team
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in finance and accounting,
- Working knowledge of IAS/IFRS
- Ability to work in SAP FI
- Very good skills in MS Excel
- Fluency in English
