Job Description
- Member of the start-up project of the Polish entity next to Radom
- Play an active role in the management team of the company, business partner for production, operations
- Responsibility for operational management of financial, controlling areas
- Monitor and manage cash flow of the Company
- Participate in the business planning process and work with leadership in the goal setting for the organisation
- Responsible for a FP&A activities and balance sheet reporting with variance analysis
- Development of cost-efficient financial operations
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, banks, lawyers and tax consultants
- Develop and lead the team
The Successful Applicant
- Master academic degree in finance
- At least 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing sector
- Experience in start-up projects will be a great advantage
- Strong mix of technical financial knowledge (PAS, IFRS, accounting / tax fundamentals) along with commercial and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently
- Ability to quickly build trust and confidence
- Passionately strives to achieve results; energetic and high level of dedication; ability to handle stress
- IT literacy - knowledge of ERP class system is strongly preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
