
What you’ll do:
- Manage the monthly product, brand and sales content plans, implementation and lifecycle
- Work closely together with internal departments (Comms, Portfolio, Sales, Affiliate Marketing) to identify relevant updates and content plans and to ensure timely implementations according to schedule and resource availability
- Coordinate the creation of new web templates and be in contact with dedicated digital agencies
- Work closely together with Digital Europe and IT teams in case of implementation of new functionalities and tools
- Support sub-regional localisation and implementations of Enterprise content solutions
- Oversee the web content creation (content, templates, tools) including approvals with all relevant parties
- Ensure adherence to overall style guides and best online practice as well as a harmonized implementation in all markets
- Audit websites and create content update and improvement plans
- Support in delivering digital campaigns, programs, experience and solutions to support Amway distributors and customers
- Standardize content across Europe
- Support Hybris implementation in European markets (content migration, assets management, market support)
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of Finance experience
- Understanding of general financial principles, accounting and working knowledge of GAAP, and how to apply these principles.
- Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
- Effectively communicating and presenting complex financial data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; helps others understand financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including the ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively and constructively with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Ability to effectively provide technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; knowledge of applicable tools and techniques to maximize consulting effectiveness.
- Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, financial and business analysis, deductive reasoning and sound judgment.
- Ability to pay attention to details while working with several variables
