Job Description
- Contacting French or Arabic speaking suppliers for timely queries follow up and advising them on appropriate action service standard
- Maintaining all AP and T&E related inquiries
- Performing root cause analysis on repetitive errors
- Managing customer escalation and complaints and resolving cases
- Preparing internal reports
- Optimizing the SSC processes
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in Finance and Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the AP department (preferably in the SSC environment)
- Fluent English and French or Arabic
- Proficient with MS Office software, experience with SAP
- Detail-oriented, accurate, analytical and possess a mindset of continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify issues quickly and to be able to solve and handle queries in a timely
