Job Description
- Leading all operational excellence and automation projects
- Overseeing various improvement initiatives, including managing plans, schedules, progress, reporting key metrics, managing communication with key stakeholders, risk mitigation
- Developing and delivering process excellence strategies to drive operational efficiency
- PF&A activities including budgeting, variance analysis
- Ensuring compliance of F&A processes with internal control requirements
- Overseeing internal and external audits
- Developing and implementing effective internal procedures
- Supporting Head of SSC with all business critical activities
The Successful Applicant
- University degree, preferably in Finance&Accounting, MBA
- Fluent English
- ACCA / CIMA qualifications (will be a strong asset)
- Vast experience within SSC/BPO structures or audit (big4)
- At least 4-5 years of experience in managing a Regional Accounting or Finance team
- Broad project management exposure within F&A scope (P2P, O2C, RTR)
- Strong leadership, analytical and influencing skills
