Who are we looking for?

Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:

  • Basic understanding of a sharepoints infrastructure
  • Basic understanding of VBA 
  • Power BI experience as an asset 
  • Fluent English
  • Focus on quality of service delivery and continues improvement
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts in a dynamic environment
  • Awareness of technology and how to leverage same
  • Reasonable understanding of F&A processes (P2P, C2C, R2R)
  • Situational leadership ability to adapt in the interest of business and client
  • Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate decision making and problem solving skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication skills

What will you do?

  • Provide financial and non-financial reporting for the client and engagement
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the process and commitment to improvement initiatives
  • Support the Engagement Executive and Managers in day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating Command Center team (Poland and India) 
  •  Providing all financial and non-financial reporting to client and engagement
  •  Supporting contractual change management
  • Analysing of KPIs and other performance reports
  • Coordinating Security & Quality Audits
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with client policies
  • Preparing ad-hoc analysis and reports
  • Review and governance of the account operations through Daily, Weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Leadership reporting in Delivery reviews (weekly / monthly) to GCC and Regional leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement through entire operations at region level
  • Ensuring compliance to quality of region specific delivery and meeting Delivery Excellence and Lean KPIs
  • Accountable for reporting operational and delivery statistics for the region on a daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
