Job Description
- Actively contributes to the successful launch preparation and strategic planning for hematological & oncological products.
- Generates insights from extensive market data/intelligence with strong external focus and incorporates insights and findings into the brand planning process.
- Obtains product sales goals by working with sales management to develop product sales strategies.
- Supports the development, implementation and execution of an impactful brand plan in close cooperation with senior management and international HQ.
- Leads the development of marketing materials and ensures timely approval of materials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Supports the development of a long-range forecasting plan together with the marketing management.
- Manages marketing budgets closely to ensure expenditure is aligned with the brand plan.
- Cooperate with the medical affairs department to ensure the development of product key elements according with strategy
- Create and propose digital and multichannel marketing projects that outperform our competitors and increases the efficiency of our commercial strategy
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree, preferentially in biological science;
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience on similar position within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical industry
- Hematology/oncology market knowledge
- Experience in developing promotional material and working with advertising agencies and other vendors essential
- Self-motivated individual with ability to challenge status quo and drive major changes
- Team oriented, persuasive personality with strong influencing and problem solving skills
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
- Strong analytical mindset with capacity of strategic business planning and decision making
