Job Description
- Finnancial administration including T&E administration
- Scan and verify invoices
- Manage payment process for T&E expenses according to existing payment calendar
- Run and distribute process requestes reporting
- Monitor the process documentation created capturing all changes
- Reconciliation of T&E and Credit Card
- Prepare reports, analyses and planning for the business
- Provide end to end customer support for employees
The Successful Applicant
- 1 year of experience in T&E process background
- Previous Experience in SSC environment will be highly appreciate
- Very good knowledge of English
- Superior customer service skills in a finance environment
- SAP system knowledge will be a strong asset
