Job Description
- Preparing of journal entries
- Participation in month end closing
- Identifying potential process improvements
- Responsible for daily AR transitions including: credit balances, billing, provisions, bad debt posting
- AR balance sheet accounts reconciliation and follow up on aged items
- Preparation and analysis of regular or ad hoc reports
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Finance area, AR experience preferred
- Very good knowledge of English and German language
- Knowledge of Ms Office
- SAP system knowledge will be a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
