To strengthen their operations in Poland we are seeking to recruit ambitious candidate for the position of Analytics & BI Finance Manager.a global network of cross-functional internal and external teams including IT, Process, Master data, business. New BI Business Partner will be leading an Analytics & Insights teams (two countries) tasked with managing and transforming organization-wide BI/Data Warehouse based on reporting, automated data processing, delivering right first time analytical insights across relevant financial and operational systems and measures for the business. Job Description
- Cross-functional cooperation with the business in end-to-end project management (IT solutions, front-end tools development); data warehouses, data modelling, master data
- Review current reporting and BI processes in the organization, define priorities and prepare a road map for their implementation
- Update reporting and BI tools, procedures, standardization of reports and process in the region
- Responsible for design and delivering high quality data & analytical insights and recommendations for the Business
- Lead alignment of business information with financial results, strategic long-term planning with a guidance on further business development within various market segments
- Lead, develop and guide an experienced team (two countries); manage and coordinate a global network of cross-functional internal and external teams including IT, Process, Master data, country business
The Successful Applicant
- Educated to university degree level (finance & IT)
- Several years' experience in leading FP&A, BI, Reporting in a corporate environment in international companies; experience in financial controlling is a Must
- Information management skills including business analysis, data modelling, designing insightful recommendations, strong working knowledge of data warehousing
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, proficient in data analysis from a commercial and strategic delivery perspective
- Experience in design and implementation of front-end tools such as Power BI
- Established team management experience
- Flexible approach and openness for making changes in the set plan if situation requires
- Great influencing and communication skills
- Willingness to organize and create a new order in an unsettled environment
- Good organization, reporting, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize whilst maintaining the right level of focus on each project
