Job Description
- Monitoring AP process
- Controlling and updating internal policies and procedures
- Being focal point for banks, updating bank mandates for regular payments, opening new accounts and setting electronic bank access.
- Ensuring awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures
- Being main point of contact for external and internal audits
- Managing a team: motivating, coaching, conducting 1:1 meetings, setting KPIs, working on development plans & continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in Finance and Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the similar position within an SSC environment
- Experience in team management of minimum 5 team members
- Expertise in the P2P processes
- Fluent English, other language will be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Ariba would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Flexible approach and ability to work under time pressure
