What you’ll do:
- Ensuring the availability of applications and functionality for different business areas
- Monitoring the behavior of applications and act to adjust when necessary. Monitoring applications and alerts on possible threats like performance, instability, insecure or incorrect data to responsible staff within Business and IT. Gathering global and local information to ensure availability during business hours
- Resolving and coordinate incidents, issues, and problems according to SLA and ad hoc expectations.
- Supporting business on 1st and 2nd level support. Providing 3rd level support for local solutions and support to internal or external solutions
- Contact person for super users on application/system issues. Advising ICT and organization on possibilities, threats, and risks on the application level.
- Planning a budget and contributes to the organizational goals
- Bringing in expertise on application and process level to support projects on defining changes, validating changes, testing, and implementation
- Observing and investigating business processes and identifying potential improvements. Initiating potential optimizations and testing them based on SLA's and KPI’s
- Insight into the performance and/or quality of business processes to arrive at a reduction of costs while observing the SLA’s.
- Signaling, assessing, and analyzing trends, processes, services within the industry, and our organization. Investigating whether these might be applicable within the company and/or developing potential improvements
- Close cooperation with the various departments within the organization (Finance, Procurement, Legal, etc.) creating insight into the various business processes and the relationship between them
- Supporting Supply Chain business applications
- Supporting Greece and Turkey markets by supporting projects
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) – preferable
- Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian, English advanced level
- From 2 to 4 years’ experience in ICT
- Knowledge and experience with logistic processes and information systems
- Professional computer skills (Office, etc.)
- Effective communication (written and oral), teamwork skills,
- Stress resistant, emotional intelligence, accuracy in daily work
- Able to establish contacts easily
- Ability to perform in a rapidly changing multi-task environment.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills; detail-oriented, problem-solving, ability to multi-task; good decision-making ability
