Job Description
- Run initial investigations, diagnosis and resolution on received 2nd level SAP incidents
- Assign unresolved Incidents to appropriate further level support group
- Verify resolution with end users and follow up on incidents according to Service Level Agreements
- I&E Support (Innovation & Engineering)
- Regular communication to end users, super users and SAP Competence Team by phone, ticket system and Microsoft Teams
- Driving incident flow on SAP support tickets and collaborate with 1st line SAP Service Desk
- Work with an internal knowledge base and develop it further
- Support business in using standard operation procedures & processes
- Follow escalation procedures and escalate major incidents to SAP Operations Group Leader & global Incident Management
The Successful Applicant
- Advanced IT system knowledge, ERP and SAP system operation skills, basic understanding of all SAP module.
- Some years of experience in SAP Production Planning & Control, Plant Maintenance & Customer Service.
- Understanding in Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management, Assembly and Equipment's, spare parts planning, Material Resource Planning, Integrated Business Planning valuable.
- As within a full ITIL driven IT organization experience in way of workings for standard ITIL processes, like incident management, are expected.
- Must be competent in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor degree or higher is prerequisite.
