Our team in Poland is looking for an experienced security professional who is passionate about consulting, cybersecurity topics, and who unites technical expertise with a good understanding of business factors. The role is based in Kraków, but strong candidates in Warsaw will be considered as well. 

• At least five years of professional experience in cybersecurity, security management or security strategy development
• Hands-on experience in information security and technical IT security assessments is a plus
• Expert knowledge of industry security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ISF SoGP)
• Sound technical knowledge and understanding of several IT security domains in which you specialize (e.g., cloud security, SDLC, application protection, network security, identity and access management, endpoint protection, system security)
• Project management experience required, experience in managing projects / teams across organizational and geographical boundaries as a bonus
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders on multiple levels of organizational structure
• Strong interpersonal skills, experience in developing strong relationships and ability to influence
• Proven track of continuous improvement and skill development
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, including specifically a good understanding of cyber risk to both business processes and supporting technology
• Good knowledge of IT management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) is a plus
• Relevant professional security certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 LI) as plus
• Highly fluent English skills, both spoken and written, German is a plus
• Readiness to travel in Poland and Europe (up to 60% in selected periods)

• Respond to client needs by defining approaches and proposals that help them to improve their cybersecurity maturity
• Manage cybersecurity projects in areas of strategy, governance, and transformation
• Manage team members working locally as well as cooperate with colleagues in international team settings
• Provide guidance to our team members and act a contact point for the client
• Lead discussions or workshops with the clients to assess their current state and define strategies for cybersecurity areas
• Develop security strategy implementation programs
• Define target operating models for CISO organizations and help to establish them
• Present project results to our customers including C-Level stakeholders and boards
• Develop our market-oriented product and service range
• Manage engagement economics, quality of deliverables and risk
• Stay on top of the latest technology trends
• Build our market eminence by representing Deloitte at industry events and sharing knowledge with our clients using multiple communication channels
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
