

Who we're looking for
- Engineer's or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or completed post-graduate studies in these areas;
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS (1 year);
- Knowledge of Network and Systems Administration fundamental concepts (CCNA or MCSA level);
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation concepts;
- Ability to read and understand documentation;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work with project managers to ensure project deliverables are met.
Nice to have - ITIL Foundation Certification;
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator;
- Agile Management;
- AngularJS;
- PowerShell;
- REST and SOAP APIs;
- Experience in documenting client requirements.
Other prerequisites

Your future role
- Perform daily administration of the ServiceNow environment and associated applications.
- Build reports and provide technical support.
- Use coding tools and ServiceNow configuration to automate routine tasks.
- Participate in the design, specification, and implementation of business and technology projects.
- Create and maintain documentation such as design specifications, process diagrams and instructional documents for the ServiceNow environment and applications.
- Drive the continuous improvement of service based on end-user feedback.
