Who are we looking for?
- Very good English (both written and spoken); other languages would be an asset
- Experience in financial area (C2C/P2P/R2R) is a must
- High level of diligence, analitycal skills, attention to details and accuracy are a must
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Ability to resolve complex queries and handle sensitive individual cases across processes
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office and other tools
What will you do?
- Demonstrate E2E process knowledge relevant to the position, GL knowlege
- Share process knowledge with other team members and organize cross training sessions
- Being first point of contact for the team in terms of process related queries
- Team workload monitoring and prioritizing
- React to client requests and queries in a timely manner
- Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the client
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Lead/participate in operational calls
- Know, understand and manage client’s expectations
- Building and maintaining professional relation with Client and other Departments
- Addresses additional reports and other tasks delegated by Team Leader
- Being strong Team Leader's support in daily job
- Develop and implements policies and procedures, including training, change management for standardizing process and improving controls and performance
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
