• University graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise environment;
• 3+ years of Linux system administration experience;
• Very good knowledge of Linux servers in virtualized environments;
• Good knowledge of MS Windows Servers;
• Good knowledge of Azure;
• Basic  experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare;
• Basic knowledge of administering applications servers, servlet containers and web servers (Bind, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Apache Tomcat, Jetty, Nginx, Apache HTTP server);
• ITIL v3 foundation knowledge is an advantage;
• English – advanced level, both written and spoken;
• Analytical and problem solving ability;
• Verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

• Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure;
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages;
• Fulfil day to day enterprise systems operations center;
• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise system failures;
• Ensure data integrity and provide detailed documentation of operational procedures;
• Provide technical support and coordination for the Deloitte Central Europe enterprise Linux systems, which will include evaluation, installation, and maintenance of all supporting technologies used to provide services;
• Take ownership of issues to see them through to resolution;
• Work with architecture team to review and coordinate implementation activities;
• Cooperate with vendors to pursue issue resolution when necessary;
• Cooperate with Incident Management during high and critical events;
• Prepare guides and documentation;
• Cooperate with Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center leaders and global IT teams;
• Supervise vendors in implementation and technical support tasks.
